Thanks for keeping me in check babygirl. You say that I have been losing weight without help but that’s not true at all. You have been the catalyst for it. You have motivated me, complimented me, recommended options, helped cook better food. You have been my help.

Telling me to make better choices when I want to stuff my face is such a small part from everything else, it is all appreciated.

Here’s to us looking the best we ever have, together. And staying this way haha. No gaining weight back, we staying on this health journey together.
